Beemo — Terms of Service

By installing or using Beemo (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Beemo is a Chrome extension that lets you send tabs, tab groups, and text to other Beemo users you connect with. Receiving is free; sending beyond the free daily allowance requires a Pro subscription.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Don't use Beemo to send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to harass others.

Subscriptions & payments

Pro is billed monthly through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record). Prices are shown before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the extension's Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the payment provider's policy and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, and don't use it to distribute malware, spam, or stolen credentials.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beemo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
